Sandy Rather-Guzzo is an actress and singer from Houston, TX. She is a graduate of Stella Adler’s Art of Acting Studio- LA, and she received her BA in Theatre from Centenary College of Louisiana. Sandy is proud to be a founding member of Bethesda Repertory Theatre. Some of her favorite roles include: The Woman in Bethesda’s inaugural production of The Rhythm of Mourning, Lady Macbeth in Third Culture Theatre’s A Phrasal, Likewise Me, Afak in Othello & Otis at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, Cordelia in Third Culture Theatre’s Lear’s Daughters, and Meg/Ketch in Our Country’s Good. She also starred in Worthy, a short film which premiered at multiple film festivals and is currently streaming on The Indie Channel. During her time off-stage, you can find her spending time as a script doctor, diving into new books, and working on other creative projects.
