Storytelling Through Movement is an exploratory, movement-based class designed to help actors become more embodied, expressive, and physically connected to their work.
Led by Company member Zoë Papia, this class invites actors to move beyond habitual patterns and rediscover their bodies as powerful storytelling tools. Through guided exercises, physical exploration, and ensemble work, participants will unlock deeper emotional access, greater presence, and new pathways into character.
This class is designed to help actors break through internal blocks, access deeper creativity, and cultivate a sense of freedom and autonomy in their work.

Whether you’re new to movement work or looking to deepen your existing practice, this class provides a supportive, exploratory environment to grow as a physical storyteller.
